I had to rebook for this weekend and for another weekend in March because it was no entry into the parking lots of no park in space so I lost my credit voucher from you all.. I had to go through the manager to rebook because you all wouldn't rebook and took my voucher and I was just satisfied because the manager couldn't even get out of the parking lot because all the streets were closed down I never been to Mardi gras In Galveston Texas. I didn't know what to expect so we couldn't Park and I couldn't stay cuz I had to work a double weekend and I didn't get to do that.. I had the itinerary from the hotel check in Maribel that they had to rebook my room. Through their website because no one wouldn't respond..

Closest beach access than any other hotel on the island. Convenient staircase to get on the clean sandy beach, also fishing jetty with ramp that you can launch a jet ski or catamaran. On the seawall right in front of the econo lodge is a public shower and restroom(not a port-o-potty), and a bench. The best restaurants are within 2 blocks either way, popular bars are right next door. The only thing you hear at night are oceans waves. Also they have a polaris slingshot they rent, that's not on website, that is well worth it for getting around the island and cruising around.

It wasn't the most extravagant place, however, it wasn't dirty. Our room was clean, there was a fridge that we were able to make use of and also a microwave but we didn't use it. They didn't have continental breakfast or anything like that, but we didn't expect it. The staff went above and beyond and let us store our bags there for a few hours until we were able to check-in. Our cruise returned at 9 am and rather than walk around dragging our bags in tow they let us store our bags. That was greatly appreciated.

Great location, no fuss services. This is the last of the classic roadside motels left. Felt safe in our location nice beach access across the street. Great location to Peir & lots of shops & food within walking distance. We walked alot!

I liked my room, just feels sandy inside being that close to the beach. Need a way to keep the sand down.
